OK!! So I tried yoga Bickrom to be exact! At first my knees were crackling as we started the poses. Then I noticed I had better balance on my right leg🧐 As the pose’s got more intense I notice I was feeling my pulse in my belly as we knelt over touching the floor like who knew!! I was forgetting to breath at some points It was hard at a few areas then I felt tired, my mind was wondering about “how does people do this “! Well I made it I think I can try another style, I also was able to keep my mind focus on doing it other than thinking about the time & what’s next for my day. 1 down! Not sure how much more to go. But I am open 😊😱😁
